We initiated the swap process more than year ago, providing ample time for everyone to make their move. Now, we're advancing to the next phase.
The final deadline for the swap requests has been set to 90 working days starting from today (November, 23th 2023). Post this period, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to process any further swaps. This is your last chance to make the switch!

If you've already submitted your swap request, relax! There's nothing more you need to do on your end. Just sit tight and await further instructions.
Please note that due to high demand, support response may exceed 10 days. Rest assured, if your request is submitted before the deadline, it will be processed.

If you haven't registered your swap yet, it's high time to do so! Please ensure to register your swap at swap.iagon.com before April 5th, 2024. This is a critical step to avoid missing out on the swap.

Remember, the swap won’t happen instantaneously. It follows a 'First Come, First Served' (FCFS) format and is capped at 500k IAG per month in total, not per user. So, patience will be your best ally here.
What Happens After You've Sent Your Request?
Once your request is in, the waiting game begins. Here’s what you need to do next:
- Wait for Your Turn: Your request will be queued in our system.
- Monitor Your Status: Keep an eye on the public spreadsheet to check your current position in the queue.
- Complete Step 3: Don’t forget to send your ERC20 tokens to the designated wallet as per the instructions in Step 3 of the swap process.
